Tiffany has been performing eyelash extension services since 2011. She was the third lash technician in the triad area and currently remains the only one (of the three original eyelash techs) still applying eyelash extensions today. She is one of the only Experts in the whole country still taking clients.

Tiffany specializes in healthy low maintenance eyelash extensions with the highest retention rate in the area. Her focus is on applying lash extensions in a way that is HEALTHY for the natural lash. This means that your natural lashes are free to grow to their maximum length and live out their full lifespan (usually 60-90 days). Due to this you will be able to wear extensions indefinitely (that means forever if you wish). Most of her current clients have been with her for 10+ years.

Tiffany also developed her own line of products in 2013 to ensure that only the safest and highest quality products are used around the delicate eye area. Her adhesive is manufactured in Germany, completely free from rubber (a potential allergic source for eyes), and approved to medical standard ISO 10993-5 by the EU in which standards are much higher than those of the US as well as most other countries in the world.

"It took YEARS to perfect my craft, to understand why it is so important to apply the absolute PERFECT extension to each individual eyelash depending upon the type of natural lash diameter and length to ensure the health and integrity of the natural lash, and the retention of the extension itself. In addition how to work with different eye shapes, curves between the bridge of the nose, how much skin is on the eyelid, and so on and so forth. Not to mention the very finicky adhesive that changes consistency and dry time depending upon the weather (literally).

"I am witnessing an alarming number of lash technicians that are charging top dollar to damage lashes (often with good reviews on Google since it takes magnifying glasses to see damage) or providing sub-par retention requiring that the client return every week or two for a fill -this should NOT be the case! If a lash technician is working with your natural growth cycle then it will change. For example, my clients with slow growth cycles can often go 5-8 weeks between fills when they are at their last phase of growth before a shed cycle. After shedding however, they may have to come in at 2-3 weeks, and in between those cycles it may be 3, 4, weeks for the next one."

Due to the influx of unskilled lash technicians, Tiffany began offering an advanced training to help ensure more educated and skilled technicians are in the area. In addition, she is also offering consults for those whom value the health of their natural lashes (if damage happens over a long period of time, it will be permanent) and want to make sure their lashes aren't being damaged, -and if they are how to fix it.
